I love to support anyone that is doing there THANG! Its even better when the product smells good….nice package…healthy….and great price! This Queen has this all wrapped up in one with her candles! If you see her, you better get you some CANDLES!!! Especially the pineapple +sage LOL

How did you get started? I am a serious candle addict! LOL. I began to notice that whenever I would burn some of my favorite candles, I would develop a headache which is what led me to research exactly what those candles are made of. I was blown away! The amount of toxins and carcinogens contained in the average on the market candle is unreal. However, I wasn't ready to kick my candle addiction so I decided to make my own healthier alternative. Before long my candles were in high demand from family, friends, and friends of friends.

How did you come up with name? The company name is a combination of my Grandparents' names. My Grandfather was named Sophie and my Grandmother's maiden name was Rhodes. Rose is a play on Rhodes as well as my Grandmother would always say if she ever got a tattoo (as if she would actually get one), it would be a tattoo of a rose. 

Where are you from….by way of? I am from Atlanta, GA. Born and raised.

If you could sing one song on American Idol, what would it be? What Is Love by V. Bozeman

If you were on an island and could only bring three things, what would you bring? A Sophie Rose Candle Co. candle of course, a pair of really cool shades, and one of my many Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie books.

If you were a box of cereal, what would you be and why? Fruit Loops. LOL! Because of the variety of flavor and spontaneity.

You are a new addition to the crayon box, what color would you be and why? Traffic Light Green because I am currently set to GO. I have no plans on stopping until my company reaches the goal I have set for it. And even once said goal is reached, I will continue to improve upon it.

If there was a movie produced about your life, who would play you and why? Hmmm...surprisingly this is a hard question to answer as I feel that there are no current actresses that I have a connection to or none that share the same outlook on life as I do. If possible, I would simply play myself. No one knows me more than me.
